The Rangiora RSA has six spaces suitable for meetings, reunions, conferences, weddings and special occasions - talk to us about special deals, group bookings and planning assistance for your function or meeting.
The Fraser Room
Up to 15 people
A private boardroom for meetings and small gatherings, with a 50-inch TV with HDMI inputs and a whiteboard available on request.

2 x 50-inch TVs, a projector with retractable screen, HDMI for screens & music, a microphone lectern, 2 wireless mics and a lapel mic.

Kippenberger Joint Rooms

The Poppy Room

Spitfire Restaurant
Up to 86 guests
We only book the restaurant out completely on Saturday lunchtimes (10.30am–3pm), or at non-service times by prior arrangement - great for a breakfast buffet or meeting.

Room hire prices shown are per half day and exclude catering, special licence, cleaning fee, security and food service where applicable. All rooms include in-house catering by the Spitfire Restaurant.

Our Function Menus
Catered by the Spitfire Restaurant. All menus must be pre-ordered a minimum of 72 hours ahead with final catering numbers - menu items and pricing are subject to change based on availability.
Booking Basics

Bookings & Deposits
Tentative bookings are held for 7 days. A non-refundable deposit confirms your booking, and final numbers are due 3 working days before your event.
Catering & Beverages
All beverage service is provided by the club - no external alcohol permitted. Weddings need 14 days' notice for specific beverage selections.
Membership & Sign-In
Functions need enough members to sign the group in (one member may sign in up to 10 guests) - otherwise a special licence is required.
Courtesy Van
Available Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 4.30pm, run by our volunteer drivers. Call 03 313 7123 ext. 1 to book your pick-up.
Smart, neat presentation is required at all times. Full terms and conditions - including dress code, decoration policy and security - are available from the Function Team on request.
