Yes! The club has a number of rooms suitable for meetings, reunions, conferences and special occasions - from a 12-seat boardroom to a 200-seat main function room. Talk to us about special deals, group bookings and planning assistance. Email rgarsafunctions@gmail.com or phone 03 313 7123, or use our function enquiry form.
Fill in the application form. We accept a number of payment methods including bank transfer, credit or debit cards. For your security, card transactions are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processing provider - this website never sees or stores card data. Membership is $30 per year and open to all adults.
Renew using the same membership form - select "Renewing" and enter your current membership number. Subscriptions run from 1 April to 31 March each year.
The club provides a friendly atmosphere for members, guests and visitors - and the Spitfire Restaurant is open to all guests, 7 days a week. Membership unlocks extras like the Thursday members draw and club sections.
Monday–Saturday: 10.30am–11.00pm · Sunday: 11.00am–10.00pm.
Bar meals daily from 11.30am; the Spitfire Restaurant serves daily 11.30am–8.00pm.
A members draw is held each Thursday evening at 6.00pm. To be eligible, members must be present and financial (i.e. with a current subscription) at the time of the draw.
Membership is open to all adults, but if you have taken the Oath of Allegiance and served in the Armed Forces at any time - overseas, at home during WWII, compulsory military training, National Service, Volunteer Territorials, Regular Force or Police - record your service and service number on the application form.
Yes - the club operates a courtesy van. Ask the bar team or phone 03 313 7123 for availability and pick-up times.
We're at 82 Victoria Street, Rangiora - about 30 minutes north of central Christchurch and within walking distance of Rangiora's main shopping precinct, with parking available at the club. See the contact page for a map.
